Accessibility statement
Searlixa targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website. This page records what has been tested, what has not, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.
Verified, and by whom
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text on every surface, checked by calculation rather than by eye
- Interactive targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch devices
- A single H1 per page and a heading order with no skipped levels
- Visible focus indicators, adapted per surface so they remain visible on dark panels
- A skip link, landmark regions and labelled navigation
- No horizontal scrolling from 320px to 3840px
- Data tables with scoped headers, restructured on small screens so no horizontal scrolling is required
- Full respect for
prefers-reduced-motion; all animation is suppressed - The site functions with JavaScript disabled, because it uses none
Still unverified
Stating this matters more than the list above.
- No testing with real assistive technology users has taken place yet
- Screen reader testing across JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver is outstanding
- Forms and interactive tools are not built, so their accessibility is unassessed
- No third-party audit has been commissioned
Reporting a barrier
