01Pricing
Published prices, and the benchmark each one is set against
From $900 a month. Every price published.Five tiers, from a single location to multi-market work. What each one includes is on this page, in full.
Quick answer
Start with the audit: $99, three working days, no commitment. Technical SEO, on-page, AEO, GEO, LLM visibility, entity and off-page — in one report.
Monthly programmes: Local $900. Growth Local $1,500. Foundation $2,730. Growth $4,380. Enterprise $8,400. All in USD, tools included, no pass-through fees. Every tier covers SEO, AEO, GEO and LLM visibility — depth is what changes, not which disciplines you get.
Published 2026 market benchmarks for equivalent scopes are $3,500, $6,000 and $12,000. Each tier is set 22%, 27% and 30% below its benchmark. The sources and the arithmetic are on this page.
Key takeaways
- One audit, one price, seven workstreams. $99, with the sample size for each workstream printed. No discovery call to sit through first.
- Search and AI in the same report. Not an SEO audit with an AI section bolted on, and not an AI report that ignores whether you rank.
- Most of this category will not publish a price. One 2026 review of six AI visibility agencies found only one published a number. We think that is a tell.
- SEO, AEO, GEO and LLM visibility are in every tier, and each package card lists exactly what you get under each of those headings.
- Our entry tier sits above the credibility floor on purpose. Two independent analyses concluded retainers under about $2,000 a month are usually relabelled SEO. We are cheaper than the market, not cheaper than that line.
- Off-page is in every tier. Earned placements, review platform work, directory and analyst listings, digital PR and community participation. Two a month on Foundation, eight on Enterprise.
- We do not buy links or pay for guest-post placement. Google's spam policies name link schemes directly, and they now apply to generative AI responses. Everything we place is pitched and earned.
- Tooling is included. Agencies commonly bill $200 to $500 a month in monitoring software on top. We do not.
- Three-month minimum on the two lower tiers. One cycle of a non-deterministic measurement proves nothing, and we would rather say so than take the money.
- No performance-based pricing. Tying a fee to citation rate creates an incentive to game the measurement.
For single-location and service-area businesses
Plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, clinics, salons, law firms with one office. Published 2026 guidance puts service-area businesses at $900 to $2,500 a month, and low-competition local work at $500 to $1,000. These two tiers sit inside that band.
Both include the AI visibility work. That is unusual, and it is the reason these tiers exist: a 2026 review of local SEO packages found most do not mention AI Overviews or assistant answers at all, while homeowners are already using them to find local trades.
Local
$900/month
Includes AI visibility
One location, one service area. We do the local work and measure the AI answers your customers actually see.
Local search
- Google Business Profile built out properly: categories, services, hours, service area, photos
- Listings audit and correction wherever your details disagree
- Review request flow set up, with the platforms that matter in your trade monitored
- Up to 6 service pages written, naming what you do and what it costs
Technical and on-page
- Mobile load speed, tappable phone number, crawler access checked and fixed
- Cannibalisation check across competing pages
AI visibility
- 15 buyer prompts, 3 platforms, monthly
- Named or absent, and whether what is said about you is correct
- Which competitors appear beside you
Reporting
- Monthly, one page, in plain English
- Checked by the founder before it is sent
Scope One location. Three-month minimum. Not enough for a multi-city operator, and we will say so rather than take the money.
Growth Local
$1,500/month
Several services, several areas, or a competitive city. Everything in Local, at the depth a contested market needs.
Adds to Local
- Up to 5 service-area pages, each with something true about that area, never a name swap
- Up to 12 service pages
- Earned local placements: trade directories, local press, community listings. Pitched, never bought
- Competitor tracking across the map pack and AI answers
- 25 buyer prompts, 4 platforms, monthly
- Quarterly call with the founder, not an account manager
Scope Multi-service or multi-area, single business. Three-month minimum.
The floor is $900, and here is the reason
Cheaper local SEO exists. Published 2026 guidance is direct about what it is: under $500 a month is described as automated reporting rather than work, and independent reviews of the market put the floor for meaningful local SEO at $500 to $1,000.
We could sell a $500 tier. We would have to deliver automated reports to make the economics work, which is the thing this site spends several pages telling you to refuse. $900 is the point where the work above can genuinely be done, so that is where we start.

Setting these prices
Rather than assert that we are competitive, here is the benchmark each tier is priced against and the arithmetic. Every benchmark comes from a published 2026 pricing analysis, listed in sources.
| Tier | Market benchmark | Basis for that benchmark | Discount | Our price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation | $3,500/mo | Lowest published starting price for a specialist AI-search agency | −22% | $2,730 |
| Growth | $6,000/mo | Second published tier on an agency pricing page; sits inside the $2,000–$8,000 mid-market band | −27% | $4,380 |
| Enterprise | $12,000/mo | Midpoint of the $8,000–$15,000 advanced band; top of the specialist range | −30% | $8,400 |
| The audit | $1,500 one-off | Low end of the published $1,500–$5,000 audit range, chosen because this is a fixed-scope productised audit | $99 |
What this means for you
- Check the benchmark, not our claim. The sources are named. If you think we picked a flattering reference point, the working is there to argue with.
- Compare like for like. A $2,000 retainer with one platform and no execution is not cheaper than Foundation. It is a different product.
- Ask every other vendor for their number in writing. Absent published pricing, a written deliverables list is your only real contract.
Included at every tier
All four disciplines appear at every level. Selling them apart would be dishonest, because the work overlaps heavily — Google's own position is that optimising for generative features is still SEO.
| Discipline | Foundation | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEO | Audit + prioritised fix list | Consolidation and on-page work delivered | Full programme with template-level work |
| AEO | Answer structure on 5 priority pages | 15 pages, plus source landscape mapping | Site-wide, plus off-site source correction |
| GEO | AI Overview tracking and trigger-rate reporting | Tracking plus optimisation, AI Mode added | Full programme across both Google surfaces |
| LLM visibility | Reported on 2 platforms | 4 platforms, competitor share of voice | 5 platforms, per-market, event-triggered |
| Entity optimisation | Canonical fact audit | Fixes across your own properties | Third-party source correction handled by us |
| Technical | Crawler policy and blocker list | Implementation of the blocker list | Migration governance and log-file analysis |
Where the tiers actually differ
Two things, mostly. How wide the measurement is, and how much of the work we do rather than hand you.
| Scope | Foundation | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prompt set size | 40 | 80 | 120+ |
| Platforms sampled | 2 | 4 | 5, plus on request |
| Markets | 1 | 2 | Up to 5 |
| Sampling cadence | Quarterly | Monthly | Monthly + event-triggered |
| Content produced | None — recommendations only | 2 pieces/month | 4 pieces/month |
| Execution | Your team | On-site by us | On-site and off-site by us |
| Accountability | Shared owner | Named owner | Named owner + named reviewer |
| Minimum term | 3 months | 3 months | Scoped per engagement |
Deliverables at a glance
If you want to sanity-check the price against output, count these.
| Per month | Foundation | Growth | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prompts sampled | 40 × 3 runs, quarterly | 80 × 3 runs | 120+ × 3 runs, per market |
| Platforms measured | 2 | 4 | 5, plus on request |
| Earned placements | 2 | 4 | 8 |
| Outreach contacts pitched | 10 | 25 + reactive | |
| Pages restructured or written | 5 (one-off, month 1) | 15 + 2 new a month | Site-wide + 4 new a month |
| Technical fixes | Listed and sized | Implemented by us | Template-level, plus migrations |
| Reports | Quarterly | Monthly + call | Monthly + quarterly exec review |
| Support response | 2 business days | 1 business day | Same day, Slack channel |
| Cost per earned placement | Roughly $1,095 all-in | Roughly $1,050 all-in |
The last row is the whole retainer divided by placements, so it overstates the cost of the placement itself. It is there because buyers ask, and because a firm quoting $300 a link is selling something different from what we are describing.
Your first 30 days
The same on every tier. Scope changes; sequence does not.
Days 1–3 — Scope locked
Prompt set agreed and frozen, competitor list agreed, platforms and markets confirmed. You approve all three in writing before anything is sampled, because they determine every number that follows.
Days 3–14 — Full baseline
The two-week human audit runs, included at no extra charge. Sampling, coding by a named analyst, and a live walkthrough of what we found.
Days 14–21 — First fixes
Usually not content. In most engagements the first items are a crawler policy correction, a rendering problem, or a third-party profile stating something wrong about you. The cheap, fast wins go first on purpose.
Days 21–30 — Programme starts
Content, entity and off-page work begins against the prioritised list. Your named owner is confirmed and your reporting cadence starts.
On links, guest posts and outreach
Worth being direct, because this is where a lot of AI visibility proposals quietly break Google's policies.
| We do | We do not |
|---|---|
| Pitch editors and get placed on merit | Buy guest posts or pay for placement |
| Submit to directories, comparison sites and analyst listings | Use private blog networks or link exchanges |
| Build a review request flow you send to real customers | Write, incentivise or place reviews for you |
| Participate in community threads openly and disclosed | Post as fake users or seed threads |
| Correct stale facts on third-party sources | Pay a site to say something about you |
Google’s spam policies name link schemes and inauthentic mentions directly, and those policies now apply explicitly to generative AI responses. The right-hand column is not caution. It is the difference between a placement that helps and a manual action.
What this means for you
- Ask any vendor for last month's real placements. Domains, dates, and whether money changed hands. A list they will not show you is a list you do not want.
- A cheap link is usually a bought link. If someone quotes $200 a placement, they are not pitching editors.
- Earned placements are slower. Two a month on Foundation is deliberate, not thin. Volume here is a risk signal, not a value signal.
When a quote sits outside these tiers
- Additional languages. Each one needs its own prompt set built in-market, not translated. This is the single largest driver — see international work.
- Regulated categories. Compliance review inside the publishing workflow adds real hours. Healthcare, fintech and legal all carry this.
- Site scale. Template-level work on 40,000 pages is a different job from 400. See enterprise delivery.
- Migration cover. Scoped separately, because it is time-boxed and high-risk.
- Weekly sampling. Available, and we will usually argue against it. Variance between weekly readings often exceeds the change you are trying to detect.
Never billed separately
- Your data. Prompt sets, sampling records and coding rules are yours, whether or not the engagement continues.
- Tooling. Included in the retainer. No $200–$500 monthly pass-through.
- The deeper baseline. Included in month one of any retainer, and the audit fee is credited if you start one within 60 days.
- llms.txt implementation. Google states the file receives no special treatment. We will explain it; it is not a billable line.
- Content chunking or AI-specific schema packages. Neither showed a consistent independent effect, and Google names both as unnecessary.
- Monthly decks built to justify the retainer. The report is the measurement.
On guarantees
We do not offer performance guarantees on AI visibility, and we would be suspicious of a firm that does. Generative answers are non-deterministic: the same prompt can return different sources on consecutive runs. A guarantee would be a promise about a system nobody controls, and Google states directly that no third-party tool has access to its internal ranking or AI systems.
What we commit to is method: a frozen prompt set, a documented cadence, transparent coding rules, and a named person accountable. If the numbers are not moving, you hear it in month three rather than month twelve.
02Common questions
What buyers ask about price
How much does the audit cost?
$99, one-off, fixed. Published 2026 pricing for a one-off audit runs $1,500 to $5,000, so this sits 22% below the low end of that range with a fixed scope rather than a bespoke one.
What does the audit include?
Seven workstreams in one report: technical SEO, on-page and content, AEO, GEO, LLM visibility, entity accuracy and an off-page snapshot. Search and AI in the same document, not as separate projects.
How much does a monthly programme cost?
Local $900, Growth Local $1,500, Foundation $2,730, Growth $4,380, Enterprise $8,400. Published 2026 market benchmarks for equivalent scopes are $3,500, $6,000 and $12,000, so each tier sits 22, 27 and 30 percent below its reference.
Do all packages include SEO, AEO, GEO and LLM visibility?
Yes. All four appear in every tier, because the work overlaps too much to sell them apart. Each package card lists the specific deliverables under each heading so you can see what changes between tiers.
Why are you cheaper than the market?
Lower overhead. No offices, no sales team, no paid-media division to subsidise, and no monthly deck built to justify the retainer. We are not cheaper because the scope is thinner, and the tables show exactly what each tier delivers.
Is a cheap AI visibility retainer a warning sign?
Below roughly $2,000 a month, usually yes. Two independent 2026 pricing analyses concluded that retainers under that level are typically traditional SEO relabelled as AI search work. Our entry tier sits deliberately above that line.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
A three-month minimum applies to Foundation and Growth, because one cycle of a non-deterministic measurement proves nothing. Enterprise is scoped per engagement. You keep the prompt set and raw data whichever way it ends.
Do the packages include link building and guest posts?
They include off-page work in every tier: earned editorial placements, review platform programmes, directory and analyst listings, digital PR and community participation. They do not include bought links or paid guest posts, because those are link schemes under Google's spam policies.
How many links will I get per month?
Two earned placements on Foundation, four on Growth, eight on Enterprise, plus 10 and 25 pitched outreach contacts respectively. Volume is deliberately modest because earned placement is slower than paid, and in this category volume is a risk signal rather than a value one.
Are tools included or billed separately?
Included. Agencies commonly pass through $200 to $500 a month in monitoring software on top of the retainer. Our sampling and reporting costs sit inside the price with no hidden line items.
Do you offer performance-based pricing?
No, and we would be cautious of anyone who does here. Tying a fee to citation rate creates an incentive to game a non-deterministic measurement, which is the thing our method exists to avoid.
