Quick answer
These terms cover reading this website. They are not a client contract. Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables and liability.
Everything published here is general information. It is researched and sourced, and it is not advice about your specific situation.
What this document is. A factual description of how this website currently works, written by Searlixa rather than by a lawyer. It is accurate as of 28 August 2026 and deliberately narrow — it describes what we do, not what we might do.
When it must be revisited. The moment this site adds a contact form, analytics, cookies, or takes a payment, this document stops being sufficient and needs review by qualified counsel in each market we serve. That review has not happened yet and we are not pretending otherwise.
What this site is
Searlixa is a search and AI visibility practice based in Jaipur, India, serving clients remotely. This website describes what we do, what we charge and how we measure. Who is accountable for it is published.
What it is not
- Not advice for your situation. Pages here describe general patterns. Whether any of it applies to you depends on facts we do not have.
- Not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice. Our healthcare, fintech and legal pages discuss how those sectors behave in search and AI answers. They do not advise on the underlying subject matter.
- Not a guarantee of results. We publish research and observations. AI answers are non-deterministic, and nobody can guarantee a ranking or a citation — which is why we say so on the pricing page rather than in the small print.
Accuracy and dates
Every claim on this site carries an evidence label and, where the figure is somebody else's, a named source. Platform behaviour changes without notice, so a page accurate on its published date may not stay accurate.
If you find something wrong here, tell us at hello@searlixa.com. Corrections are published with a dated note rather than edited out silently.
Using our content
Read it, quote it, cite it, argue with it. If you quote a figure, please attribute it and link to the page — partly out of courtesy and partly because the sourcing matters.
Republishing pages wholesale as your own is a different thing, and we would rather you did not.
Client engagements
Nothing on this website creates a contract. Prices shown are current and indicative; the terms that actually bind either of us live in a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality and liability.
Two things stated on this site do carry into every engagement, because they are positions rather than marketing: you keep the prompt set and the raw data whether or not the work continues, and we do not buy links or pay for placement.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We take reasonable care that it is accurate and we cannot accept liability for decisions made purely on the basis of general information published here. For anything that matters commercially, talk to us or to somebody qualified in your jurisdiction.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law, and where they do, the agreement takes precedence over this page.
