Research Lab

Searlixa publishes original research on how brands appear inside AI answers. Every study carries its dataset, method, limitations, named author and named reviewer. This page lists what is registered, what is published, and the standard all of it must meet.

Pre-launch Nothing is published yet. Rather than fill this page with placeholder report cards, we have published the protocol for our first study before collecting any data. If a competitor's research hub shows twelve reports on a six-month-old domain, that is worth a question.

What we are building

  • Searlixa AI Visibility Indexcross-industry citation measurement across platforms, repeated quarterly. Protocol registered; first data collection pending.
  • Citation Source Atlas, which third-party sources AI platforms actually draw on, by sector. Planned.
  • Industry visibility benchmarksone cross-industry study with segments, rather than a separate shallow benchmark per vertical. Planned.
  • Market discovery reportshow assistant behaviour differs by country and language. Planned.

Why one study done properly beats a dozen

The source page map for this site originally contained 143 research URLs. Each would have required a real dataset, documented method, stated limitations, a named author and a named reviewer. That is several years of a research team's output, so most would have shipped thin, and the research moat would have become the weakest asset on the site instead of the differentiator.

We cut it to a small number of flagship studies with quarterly refresh. The rest sits in a backlog and gets promoted when a real dataset and a research owner exist.

The publication standard

Every study must satisfy the research publication standard before it goes live. No exceptions for marketing deadlines.
