Three short documents describing how this website works. Written as a statement of fact rather than a template, because the honest answer to most privacy questions here is "nothing".
What this document is. A factual description of how this website currently works, written by Searlixa rather than by a lawyer. It is accurate as of 28 August 2026 and deliberately narrow — it describes what we do, not what we might do.
When it must be revisited. The moment this site adds a contact form, analytics, cookies, or takes a payment, this document stops being sufficient and needs review by qualified counsel in each market we serve. That review has not happened yet and we are not pretending otherwise.
Why these are short
Most privacy policies are long because most sites do a lot: forms, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded video, third-party fonts, payment processing. This one has none of those, so the document that describes it is short.
A long policy copied from elsewhere would look more serious and be less true. It would commit us to processing we do not perform and give you a worse picture of what actually happens here.

The position these documents take
Three documents sit under this page, and they are written to be read rather than to be unreadable. Each one says what actually happens rather than reserving every right a lawyer could think of.
They are also honest about their own limits. The privacy page carries a notice saying it has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel, and that this review is required before we take payment. That notice stays until the review happens.
What each one covers
| Document | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Privacy | What the forms collect, where it goes, and what this site does not track |
| Terms | What we deliver, what we do not promise, and how an engagement ends |
| Cookies | A short page, because there are none |

Separate from the legal documents but relevant to the same question: every figure published on this site carries an evidence label — Verified, Observed, Estimated or Demo — and the methodology page explains what each one means and how to check it.
No performance figures are published anywhere on this site, because no documented baseline exists yet to publish them against.
