Roles we are building
Searlixa is hiring the practitioners who will own our measurement, research and technical work. Every role carries named accountability, which means your work is published under your name and reviewed by someone else's.
What we look for
- People who can say "I do not know yet" and then design a way to find out
- Comfort with uncertainty in the numbers, and discipline about labelling it
- A track record you can point at publicly
- Willingness to tell a client something they do not want to hear
Open roles
Pre-launch Role listings are not published yet. If you work in AI search measurement, technical SEO or research and this sounds like the right environment, write to hello@searlixa.com with your published work.
What is open right now
Nothing. There is no role advertised on this page and there is no talent pool to join, because a form that collects applications against no vacancy wastes the applicant’s time.
When a role does open it will be posted here with the salary band, the location arrangement and what the work actually involves, because a listing without those three is asking people to apply blind.
How we would hire
Worth saying now rather than at the point somebody is deciding whether to apply.
- The salary band goes in the advert. Not "competitive", not "depending on experience".
- No unpaid test projects. If we ask for work that takes more than an hour, we pay for it.
- You would be told who you would report to and what the first ninety days look like, before accepting.
- Every applicant gets an answer, including the ones we do not progress.
What the work is
Search and AI visibility for clients across seven markets, from single-location trades to enterprise programmes. The measurement side is unusual: a frozen prompt set sampled on cadence across five platforms, coded by hand rather than scored by a tool.
If that sounds interesting and there is no role posted, write to us anyway and say what you do. It will be read, and you will get a reply.
